Information we collect

Information you provide directly, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, and answers on our contact or intake forms.

Technical information when you visit our site, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and referral URLs.

Payment-related information is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

  • Contact and demo-request forms on thewebstudiohq.com
  • Intake forms linked from our sales process
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see below)

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, build and deliver website demos, operate hosting and maintenance, process payments, improve our services, and communicate with you about your project.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and product improvement.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use Meta (Facebook) advertising tools on our website, including the Meta Pixel (browser) and the Meta Conversions API (server-side). These tools help us measure ad performance, understand which campaigns drive demo requests and purchases, and improve our advertising.

Data sent to Meta may include page views, form submissions, hashed contact information (such as email or phone, when available), IP address, browser user agent, and cookie identifiers (for example _fbp and _fbc). Meta processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.

You can learn more about Meta’s practices at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ and control ad preferences in your Facebook account settings.

  • Meta Pixel: embedded on thewebstudiohq.com for PageView and related events
  • Conversions API: server events such as Lead, Complete Registration, and Purchase sent from our systems

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies to remember language preferences, support site functionality, and support advertising measurement (including Meta cookies). You can limit cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us operate our business, such as hosting (Vercel), email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and advertising platforms (Meta). These providers process data only to perform services for us, subject to their own policies.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising partners such as Meta may use information for their own measurement and ad delivery as described in their policies.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion of certain personal information; to correct inaccurate personal information; and to opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Our use of Meta advertising tools may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You may opt out of such sharing by using Meta’s opt-out tools (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads) and industry opt-out programs where applicable.

To exercise your rights, email contact@thewebstudiohq.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You may designate an authorized agent where permitted.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Other U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of other states with applicable privacy laws may have similar rights. Contact us at contact@thewebstudiohq.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Children

Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes may be posted on this page.
